Construction Manager Detained Over Subcontract Bribe

Law360, New York (October 13, 2010, 4:12 PM EDT) -- A senior construction manager for an intergovernmental organization working in Afghanistan has been detained for allegedly soliciting nearly $200,000 in bribes in exchange for subcontracts.

An indictment against the man, Neil Campbell of Australia, was unsealed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia Wednesday following his arrest in New Delhi by agents of the Indian Central Bureau of Investigation.
