Insurer, School District Settle Over Webcam Spying Suit

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 1:01 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania school district and its insurer have settled a case of first impression over whether the personal injury provisions of a commercial general liability policy cover claims — in this instance, brought as a class action — that stem from secret video surveillance inside a home.
