DOJ Antitrust Division Enlists Cravath Partner

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 4:52 PM EDT) -- Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP litigation partner Katherine B. Forrest is leaving her firm to join the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division as a deputy assistant attorney general.

After being with the firm for two decades, Forrest will begin her new job with the government on Monday and her role will involve overseeing operations for the criminal and civil programs in the Antitrust Division, the law firm said Friday. She also is gearing up to focus on international, appellate and policy issues.
