Lichten Wins Admission To NJ Robert Half OT Action

Law360, New York (October 15, 2010, 7:24 PM EDT) -- Robert Half International Inc. has lost its bid to disqualify Lichten & Liss-Riordan PC from representing workers in a New Jersey overtime suit, even though Lichten was previously barred from a similar class action in Massachusetts.
