Homeowners Blast WL Homes Trustee's Arbitration Bid

Law360, New York (October 18, 2010, 4:48 PM EDT) -- A proposal by WL Homes LLC's liquidation trustee to force claimants seeking compensation for faulty construction claims against the defunct homebuilder to arbitrate their claims is "unenforceable and unconscionable," a group of homeowners argues.

In a motion filed Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the homeowners said the liquidation trustee, George L.
