UnitedHealth To Correct Its Options Grant Dates

Law360, New York (March 9, 2007, 12:00 AM EST) -- UnitedHealth Group executives have agreed to reset the strike dates on stocks they were awarded in the heady years of "incorrect" options grant dating.

Still facing regulatory discipline and shareholder suits over the backdating scandal, the health care provider is now attempting to make amends after auditors found the dates of 450 million options were likely adjusted.
