State Farm Wins Bid To Keep Rate Suit In Fed Court

Law360, New York (October 20, 2010, 3:11 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has taken the brakes off a putative class action against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. over reimbursement rates, which will proceed in federal court now that a U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit panel has reversed its earlier ruling in Cappuccitti v. DirecTV Inc.
