Google Competition Complaints Still Under Review In EU

Law360, New York (October 21, 2010, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The European Commission is still considering whether to launch a formal probe into allegations that Google Inc. has taken advantage of its dominance in the online search market to thwart rival sites, Competition Commissioner Joaquin Almunia said Thursday.
