Norden Loses Interlocutory Appeal Bid In FCA Suit

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 7:40 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has denied Norden Systems Inc. and United Technologies Corp.'s bid to appeal his decision to reinstate one of the claims against them in a qui tam suit alleging False Claims Act violations through requests for payment to the federal government.
