Wachtell Reps Ventas In $3B Deal For Atria Assets

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 6:02 PM EDT) -- Health care real estate investment trust Ventas Inc. on Friday announced plans to acquire substantially all of the real estate assets of Atria Senior Living Group from Lazard Real Estate Partners in a $3.1 billion deal that will make it the largest U.S. owner of senior housing communities.
