Ex-Trader Still On Hook For Tips From Insider's Wife

Law360, New York (October 22, 2010, 5:55 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to dismiss a case against accused inside trader Daniel Corbin after he claimed that he was not party to a crime because his alleged co-conspirator broke no recognized fiduciary relationship when he passed along confidential information learned from his wife, a communications manager for major companies.
