Siemens Tries To Escape Equipment Overpricing Suit

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 7:58 PM EDT) -- Siemens Medical Solutions USA Inc. is seeking summary judgment in a whistleblower suit that alleges it overpriced medical equipment sold to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, claiming the federal government made fully informed decisions to enter into the disputed purchase contracts.
