Law Firm Says Stroller Maker Shirked IP Bills

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 2:15 PM EDT) -- A New York law firm has sued a former client, stroller maker Joovy LLC, for more than $97,000 in legal bills the company allegedly racked up in intellectual property litigation.

Robert H. Morse filed the complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York on behalf of the Feldman Law Group PC, accusing Joovy of failing to pay $97,259.27 in legal bills owed to Feldman related to a case accusing Target Corp. of selling infringing strollers made by Baby Trend Inc.,...
