Brooks Loses Bid To Block Forfeiture Of Some Assets

Law360, New York (October 25, 2010, 2:07 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has refused to preclude the criminal forfeiture of a number of bank accounts, stocks and Krugerrands belonging to convicted fraudster David Brooks, former CEO of body armor maker DHB Industries Inc., but has reserved judgment on a number of other items.
