Judge Firmly Tosses Realtor's Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (October 26, 2010, 12:54 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has closed out a Sherman Act and defamation suit brought by Gregory Hackman Realtors Inc. that claimed Dickerson Realtors Inc. and four of its agents hatched a scheme to drive Hackman out of business in Rockford, Ill., after it offered lower rates.
