Jury Puts Insurer On Hook For $9M In Trade Am Suit

Law360, New York (October 27, 2010, 4:56 PM EDT) -- A jury has awarded Trade Am International Inc. more than $9 million in its suit against Cincinnati Insurance Co. over coverage for property damage and business losses caused by a burst water pipe in the furnishings company's warehouse in 2008, leaving only the question of attorneys' fees to be decided.
