Ex-Marsh Execs Sue For Severance, Bonuses

Law360, New York (October 28, 2010, 5:33 PM EDT) -- Two former Marsh & McLennan Cos. Inc. executives have launched a lawsuit against their former employer, alleging they were fired without cause when the company was caught up in allegations of insurance bid-rigging and were improperly denied severance pay and bonuses.
