US Magnesium Sues Gov't To Up Chinese Duties

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 6:29 PM EDT) -- U.S. Magnesium LLC has sued the federal government to try to force it to impose anti-dumping duties on a Chinese rival, arguing that its investigation is hobbled by several errors.

China's Tianjin Magnesium International Co. should have had anti-dumping duties assessed on its magnesium metal exports to the U.S., U.S. Magnesium said Wednesday in a complaint filed in the U.S. Court of International Trade.
