Hydrogen Peroxide Cartel Lives On: Suit

Law360, New York (March 14, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Chem-Way Corp. has filed a lawsuit against a group of hydrogen peroxide makers, accusing them of price-fixing.

Chem-Way, which sells hydrogen peroxide to the textile industry, claims that the defendants raised prices, fixed them at supracompetitive levels and restrained their production between at least 1994 and 2005, according to the complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
