Tropicana Lenders Battle Over Final Fees

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 12:57 PM EDT) -- The steering committee for secured lenders to Tropicana Entertainment LLC has sought to slash millions of dollars in purportedly inflated legal and professional fees related to the casino operator’s completed bankruptcy.
