Small Business League Wants Boeing Info From DHS

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 5:22 PM EDT) -- The American Small Business League is seeking a court order forcing the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to release information it redacted from subcontracting reports on a $209 million contract awarded to Boeing Co.

DHS flouted the Freedom of Information Act by repeatedly denying the ASBL’s requests for the names of contracting officers and other government employees involved in administering a $28 million task order on the contract, according to a complaint lodged Oct. 26 in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California....
