GAO Says Major Weapons Subcontracts Lack Visibility

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 11:33 AM EDT) -- A new report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office recommends that the U.S. Department of Defense clarify its guidelines to improve transparency in the structure and management of major weapons system subcontractors, some of which have been blamed for costly delays on critical programs.
