SDC Appeal Over Weapons Contract Flatlines

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 2:12 PM EDT) -- It’s too late for Systems Development Corp. to seek millions of dollars from the U.S. government for letting the company languish under a botched contract for missile system technology, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals has ruled.

In a decision published Friday, a panel of administrative law judges concluded that time had run out on SDC’s campaign to hold the government liable for roping the contractor to an unviable project for missile system circuit card assemblies.
