Tribe Tries To Dim Solar Project On Calif. Public Lands

Law360, New York (November 1, 2010, 12:49 PM EDT) -- The Quechan Tribe has sued the U.S. Department of the Interior and its Bureau of Land Management in a bid to block a project in Imperial County, Calif., that the federal government has touted as one of the first large-scale solar energy plants ever built on public lands.
