Class Actions Say Chicken Co. Plucked Pay

Law360 (March 15, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Assembly line workers are piling up class action suits accusing chicken preparation company Pilgrim’s Pride Corp. of violating labor laws by not paying for all performed duties and overtime.
