Tropicana Las Vegas Owners Balk At Kirkland Fees

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 2:24 PM EDT) -- Owners of the reorganized Tropicana Las Vegas casino are fighting to scrap their share of $16.8 million in fees sought by Kirkland & Ellis LLP in the Tropicana Entertainment LLC Chapter 11 case, claiming the firm breached its duty of care and loyalty to the casino.
