No Interlocutory Appeal For Cirrus In Lidle Crash Suit

Law360, New York (November 2, 2010, 4:33 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has nixed Cirrus Design Corp.’s motion to appeal its denied bid for summary judgment in a wrongful death case brought by the families of Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle and his flight instructor, who were killed when their Cirrus plane hit a Manhattan high-rise.
