Rothschild OK'd As Blockbuster's Financial Adviser

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 5:01 PM EDT) -- A bankruptcy judge has given the stamp of approval for Blockbuster Inc. to hire Rothschild Inc. as its financial adviser and investment banker after nixing some contentious provisions that would require the video rental company to cover Rothschild's legal fees and indemnify third parties not approved by the court.
