Jurors Begin Deliberation In Citigroup-Terra Firma Row

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 7:03 PM EDT) -- Lawyers asked jurors Wednesday to sort out which businessman is lying in a bitter dispute between the founder of Terra Firma Capital Partners Ltd. and a Citigroup Inc. executive over the 2007 buyout of music firm EMI Group Ltd.

Lawyers for Terra Firma's Guy Hands and his former friend, David Wormsley of Citigroup, gave closing arguments in a trial in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York over alleged misrepresentations in the deal, each trying to discredit testimony from the other side....
