Ex-Pharmacist Takes On Target Over Wage Violations

Law360, New York (November 3, 2010, 12:28 PM EDT) -- A former Target Corp. pharmacist in Sacramento County, Calif., has filed a proposed class action accusing the retail giant of failing to pay proper wages for marathon shifts, refusing to pay for meal and rest breaks and failing to compensate him properly after he left the company.
