DOJ Promises More Wiretaps In White Collar Cases

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 3:24 PM EDT) -- The head of the U.S. Department of Justice's Criminal Division said Thursday that the department's use of wiretaps would “continue to go up dramatically” in all kinds of cases, including in the department's all-out assault on white collar crime in the wake of the financial crisis.
