Lochner Hits General Dynamics With Computer IP Suit

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 5:44 PM EDT) -- Patent-holding company Lochner Technologies LLC continues to prowl the high-tech sector, filing suit against another General Dynamics Corp. business for allegedly infringing its widely asserted patent for wireless computer systems.

The complaint, lodged Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, claims General Dynamics C4 Systems Inc. makes and sells servers and computers that use the patented wireless computer system covered by U.S. Patent Number 7,035,598.
