9th Circ. Revives National Lampoon Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 5:48 PM EDT) -- Finding that the lower court abused its discretion in dismissing the case because the plaintiff missed a filing deadline, a federal appeals court has revived a copyright suit by a comedy writer who claims that skits he wrote appeared without permission in “National Lampoon's TV: The Movie.”
