Costco Workers' OT, False Imprisonment Suit Trimmed

Law360, New York (November 4, 2010, 4:18 PM EDT) -- Costco Wholesale Corp. has won its bid to toss amended individual claims alleging it denied employees overtime wages and forced them to remain locked inside its warehouses after the end of shifts, but has failed to nix the plaintiffs' parallel collective action.
