US, States Feud Over Health Care Reform

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 4:34 PM EDT) -- Florida and 19 other states have filed a motion for summary judgment in their federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the individual insurance mandate at the center of the recently enacted federal health care reform law.
