Law360 (March 16, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Vincent DeVito, international energy attorney at Pepper Hamilton LLP, is a self-proclaimed modern energy lawyer at a modern energy firm—as entrepreneurial as the new renewable energy companies he represents.

DeVito, the former acting assistant secretary of energy for President Bush’s Department of Energy, said many lawyers still based their practice on the old-energy economy and were lagging behind the new focus in Washington and Wall Street on alternative sources of power.
