Log Cabin Republicans Take DADT Stay To High Court

Law360, New York (November 5, 2010, 6:51 PM EDT) -- The Log Cabin Republicans on Friday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn an appeals court's decision to keep the U.S. military's “don't ask, don't tell” policy in place while it reviews a ruling that struck down the policy as unconstitutional.
