Seyfarth Sues ProMos Over IP Defense Bills

Law360, New York (November 8, 2010, 2:32 PM EST) -- Seyfarth Shaw LLP has hit ProMos Technologies Inc. with a breach of contract suit claiming the semiconductor maker failed to pay legal bills it racked up for its defense in a pair of patent infringement suits.

Seyfarth filed a complaint Friday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, alleging that Taiwan-based ProMos owes the firm $528,511 in legal fees.
