Insurers Sue Ship Over $13M In Lost Nintendo Goods

Law360, New York (November 9, 2010, 1:01 PM EST) -- Two Japanese insurance companies are suing a cargo ship over $12.8 million in Nintendo of North America Inc. goods that were lost or damaged during a trip across the Pacific Ocean, hoping for a court order that the vessel be seized as part of their efforts to recoup the loss.
