Supreme Court Won't Hear NFL Preemption Case

Law360, New York (November 8, 2010, 2:56 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday sacked the NFL's bid for review of a decision that the U.S.' major sports leagues say hampers their ability to administer collectively bargained drug testing programs and disrupts the “uniformity and predictability” of federal labor policy.
