Giuliani Defends Himself Over Ties To Chavez

Law360 (March 19, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani struck back at his critics over reports that his law firm, Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, has lobbied on behalf of Citgo Petroleum Corp., an oil company with ties to Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez.

At a New York Yankees spring training game on Sunday, Giuliani told the Associated Press that his opponents would try to exploit the news, but that he had done nothing wrong.
