DOC Revises Duties On Chinese Furniture Imports

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 4:47 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce has recalculated anti-dumping duties on imports of wooden bedroom furniture from China, finding that Chinese producer Dorbest Ltd. should not be subject to the duty order.

Commerce filed final remand results Wednesday in the U.S. Court of International Trade setting a 1.87 percent, or de minimus, margin for Dorbest and a 7.71 percent rate for the separate rate companies, up slightly from 7.24 percent.
