US Denied Takings Claim Dismissal In Loan Dispute

Law360, New York (November 11, 2010, 5:52 PM EST) -- A federal judge has denied the U.S.' attempt to strip a Fifth Amendment takings claim in a suit brought by an owner of low-income housing, accusing the government of blocking the repayment of a federal loan in an attempt to keep rental restrictions in place.
