Tribune Creditors Want More Leeway To Bring Suits

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 1:13 PM EST) -- Tribune Co. unsecured creditors have asked a bankruptcy judge for a blanket authorization to go after not just Sam Zell and lenders involved in the disastrous 2007 leveraged buyout of the company, but anyone who owes the bankrupt newspaper publisher prepetition preferential payments.
