2 More Galleon Guilty Pleas Unsealed In US Court

Law360, New York (November 12, 2010, 7:20 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors announced Friday the unsealing of guilty pleas entered by two more defendants implicated in the alleged wide-ranging insider trading ring involving Galleon Group founder Raj Rajaratnam and other hedge fund employees.

Franz Tudor, a one-time trader at Schottenfeld Group LLC, and Thomas Hardin, a former Lanexa Global Management managing director, pled guilty Oct. 29, 2009, and Dec. 21, 2009, respectively, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, prosecutors said in an announcement Friday evening.
