Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 12:48 PM EST) -- Former treasurer of Doral Financial Corp. Mario "Sammy" Levis has no basis for seeking a new trial after a jury found him guilty of carrying out a $4 billion fraud at the Puerto Rico-based mortgage lender, U.S. prosecutors claim.
