Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 4:11 PM EST) -- The federal judge overseeing consolidated securities litigation against feeder funds for notorious fraudster Bernie Madoff has granted the plaintiffs' bid for voluntary dismissal of their federal securities claims and declined to name an interim lead plaintiff.
