IUE-CWA Objects To Delphi’s Incentive Plan

Law360, New York (March 20, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Delphi Corp. has run into fresh troubles with its second-largest union, which is objecting to the bankrupt auto parts maker’s bid to extend its annual incentive plan on the grounds that it will “prolong and complicate” its collective bargaining negotiations.

The objection, filed on Monday by the International Union of Electronic, Electrical, Salaried, Machine and Furniture Workers-Communications Workers of America, argues against Delphi’s second supplemental key employee compensation program motion to extend the plan through the first half of 2007.
