Pentagon Capital Loses Brady, Giglio Bid In SEC Suit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2010, 12:46 PM EST) -- A federal judge has rejected Pentagon Capital Management PLC's bid to force the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to turn over all exculpatory evidence in the regulator's suit accusing the Pentagon of reaping $62 million through a deceptive market-timing scheme.
