High Court Rejects Challenge In USIS Antitrust Fight

Law360, New York (November 16, 2010, 1:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has pulled the plug on U.S. Information System Inc.'s bid for review of the dismissal of its suit accusing a union and other electrical contractors of violating the Sherman Act by conspiring to push the company out of the market for telecommunications wiring and installation work.
